Is my data safe?

Yes. Limitless is local-first. Your provider credentials never leave your device. Session data, chat history, and memories are stored locally. Cloud sync is optional and encrypted.

What happens when all accounts are rate-limited?

If all cloud providers are exhausted, Limitless can cascade to local models running on your GPU via Ollama. Your work never stops.

How does the free tier differ from Premium?

Free includes 1 pilot, 1 machine, and 3 cascade slots. Premium ($3.49/mo) adds more pilots, machines, slots, priority polling, and removes ads. Premium+ ($7.99/mo) unlocks maximum capacity.

What is a "pilot"?

A pilot is your AI collaborator -- a persistent identity that remembers your preferences, decisions, and project context across sessions. Think of it as your personal AI teammate.

Can I use Limitless with local models?

Yes. Limitless supports Ollama for local model inference. Local models serve as an automatic fallback when all cloud providers are rate-limited.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from Settings > Membership in the app. Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the free tier.

Does Limitless work on Windows, Mac, and Linux?

Yes. The desktop component runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. The mobile app is available on iOS and Android for on-the-go management.
